Self Directed Support Trainer 

Needed for Dorset & Hampshire area for upcoming contracts with client organisations.

Trainers will be required to have knowledge of the social care system, in particular the personalisation agenda,

and support planning.

They will provide support and training on a one-to-one or group basis in aspects of self directed support, writing

individual support plans, etc. to paid and volunteer staff of client organisations and individual service users.

Experience in local Government and/or the third sector is preferable although not essential.

Remuneration will be between £18,000 and £24,000 initially, depending on levels of experience and competence,

and will be either on a full time or pro-rata freelance basis depending on contracting.
